James Graganella, President, CEO, and founding shareholder of James Holding Company, Inc., brings over 37 years of insurance industry expertise, including 18 years at a Fortune 500 insurance firm. Recognized as an influential leader, his business acumen and risk management skills have secured him a competitive edge. Proficient in research, strategic planning, and overseeing acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, he also excels in government relations, securities and employment law, contract negotiations, and portfolio management. Graganella holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Florida State University and is a licensed general lines and health agent in Florida. Notably, he was involved in founding various successful ventures and previously owned Killearn Country Club, sold in 2022. Presently, he owns Graganella Insurance Agency, Inc., G & G Title Agency, Inc., Mom and Dad’s Italian Restaurant, and The Blu Halo. Residing in Tallahassee with his wife Lisa, they have two children, Nicole and Nick, both FSU alumni, with active involvement in campus life. As proud grandparents of four, James enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and passionately supports FSU.
